washingtonpoststyle: Forget Iowa. Caucus with us tonight. We’re vanquishing our deadlines and will be at Dodge City promptly at 6. Dan will buy a beer for the first person to arrive and say “I love the List” to him. Tonight, Iowa was forgotten, at least until ShortFormBlog showed up and reminded us real things were happening in the world. And then Chrisafer reminded me that just because I’m famous on BuzzFeed, it doesn’t mean I’m famous among DC Tumblrs. But, it was great to meet a few new faces including the curators behind WPS, Dan and Monica, as well as Think-Progress, ImRemembering (my new favorite!) and Aaron Morrissey (a non-Tumblr, but famed DCIST). And I was very much humbled when Aaron said, “Oh, you’re with ImWithKanye? I read your blog.” Wow, just wow. I hope to meet more the next time!
