Comedy relief! Just as I was about to cry (ok, I did — I promised Ryan, I’d blog about it if I did) this scene does a wonderful job of breaking the tension. I love when characters meet, especially so late in the game. I mean, I know they had to eventually — but still. Here they all are, so unsuspecting, grieving for the same person. Also, Anjelica kills. 

In solidarity with my Tumblr bro (it’s bro and not brother because it’s more meaningful that way), ScottFriday, I am drinking wine. And about to watch 50/50 (oh, hey Contessa - he’s watching it to, y’all). This is all after my first bottle of wine (and yes, I’m still about two bottles behind Martin) and an entire season of Shameless. —Oh, NotNadia, I cannot get over the Midway gaffe. I mean, if you are going to do that, at least put a romantic comedy oops-a-daisy spin on it. — And for those with sharp eyes, I cut my finger while using a rabbit to open my Chardonnay. But hey, it beats the time I sliced off a tip of my finger and promptly fainted in front of my entire family on Christmas Eve.
