Following Gwyneth, Kate and Ryan (that’s right, this is a first-name-basis-only blog), Mila, Patrick and Dustin all stepped up to the demands of the (needy) public and saved lives recently.  In related news: Documented ‘Super Hero’ status is now mandated for all callbacks. [via] [image]

Watch Kate Winslet vomit!  A quick review of Carnage [PS, I have not seen the play]: Throughout the entire movie, I was in sheer delight — grinning the entire time. There is nothing I enjoy more than watching adults self-destruct. In this movie, which blocks deftly around a play’s limited sets, takes passive aggression to a new level. (Oh, those confined settings…) Everyone delivers, but Kate Winslet, in my opinion, does the best. She executes the finest desperate housewife while still delivering depth and comedy. And all the characters explode once alcohol is (lately) introduced. Just enjoy these characters tear each other apart in the best scripted-version of a Real World episode that MTV strives to achieve… Watch what happens when you lock four adults into an apartment with unlimited alcohol and short tempers. ‘The Real World: Carnage.’ 3 vodkas out of 5. (Trust me, they drink more.)
