2 Stars: I’d serve this with the dressing on the side—just for ease of handling. 
2 Stars: Maybe this could be a ‘dip’ along side the broccoli, but the ‘pie’ effect wasn’t appetizing looking.
1 Star: This is supposed to be a recipe? Sorry, she just doesn’t cut it.
