1. Michael Voltaggio’s Oreo tortilla chips
30 Oreo cookies1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup water1/4 cup powdered sugar, for garnish
Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
Blend the cookies, flour and water in a food processor until a ball of dough is formed.
Divide the ball of dough into 2 pieces. Roll each ball until paper-thin between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
Place it on a cookie sheet. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and score the dough into chip-size pieces using a pizza cutter. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the open and break apart. Garnish with powdered sugar.
